Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Prices listed on the site are final and inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed. We use secure payment gateways; we do not store your card or UPI details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the time frame mentioned on each product page.

Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, transport strikes, etc.) are not our responsibility.

Delivery charges may apply and are mentioned during checkout.

5. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 3 days of delivery with images.

Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.
