• Sizes may vary slightly; detailed size charts are provided for reference. 

3. Pricing & Payments

• Payments are processed securely using cash free, we do not store any card information. 

• If payment fails, the order will not be processed. 

4. Orders & Acceptance

• We may cancel or refuse an order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity. 

• If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund. 

5. Shipping & Delivery 

• Orders are processed and shipped within  1–3 business days  

• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location. 

• Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, weather, or holidays. 

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider. 

6. Returns & Exchanges (product Specific) 

• We accept returns within [7/10] days of delivery of the products  and also return the product in original condition with proper re packing. 

• Submit the opening video to claim return or exchange. 

• As it is grains there is little bit falls, that is natural in shipping, such  items will not be accepted for claim in returns. 

• Checking the size of door measurements is mandatory, so exchange depends on stock availability. 

• Items on clearance, final sale, or personalized products cannot be returned.
